I'm the first person to attend college in my family, and the first to start their own business.

Taking the leap into entrepreneurship was more challenging than I expected, but has been so rewarding and fulfilling. Self-implementing EOS Tools and Disciplines into my own businesses showed me a simple way to make meaningful, consistent progress. After 26 years of operating my own business, I now help other business owners to break through their own performance barriers and flourish. In this golden age of entrepreneurship you do not need to reinvent the wheel. The path to success is more well-lit than when I started the journey.

I believe that everyone's purpose in life is to help each other.

The highest and best way that I do this is by helping entrepreneurs to be more effective leaders and managers. My mission is simple: To make humanity more effective one entrepreneur at a time. I do this by living my core values of Humble Confidence, Grow or Die, Do The Right Thing, Help First and Do What You Say. Simple concepts that deliver much-needed leadership and growth to the world.

I grew White Rock Media from my spare bedroom to a formidable team that managed more than $130 million in advertising placements over it's 26-year history.

I then founded Maamos Kitchen, one of the earliest and most tech-forward meal prep businesses that served my local community. I have hired, fired, invested, divested, and worked my tail off. I have experienced great successes and bitter failures. I continue to live a rich life, and am here to help other entrepreneurs walk their paths as effectively as possible.

When I’m not leading EOS sessions…

I am probably outside moving my body in some fashion - walking the dog, playing golf and hiking are personal favorites. At the end of the day, I almost always cook a good meal at home.
