Taking the leap into entrepreneurship was more challenging than I expected. Thankfully I found a great business owner peer group, which made me aware of EOS.

Self-implementing EOS into my own businesses allowed me to make steady progress while still managing the day-to-day.

After 26 years as an operator, I decided to help other business owners to break through their own performance barriers and flourish.

I believe that our purpose in life is to help each other.

My mission is simple: To make humanity more effective one entrepreneur at a time.

I do this by living my core values of Humble Confidence, Grow or Die, Do The Right Thing, Help First and Do What You Say.

These simple concepts deliver much-needed leadership and growth to the world.

I grew White Rock Media from my spare bedroom to a formidable team that managed more than $130 million in advertising placements over its 26-year history.

Then I founded Maamos Kitchen - bringing a new answer to the Evening Meal Challenge with the most aligned team I’d ever assembled.

When I’m not leading EOS sessions…

I am probably outside moving my body in some fashion - walking the dog, playing golf and hiking are personal favorites. At the end of the day, I almost always cook a good meal at home.
