Initial Call

In 30 minutes or less, you can describe your current situation, and I can highlight some EOS tools that can help you. If it makes sense, we’ll schedule a 90-minute presentation to you and your leadership team.

90 Minute Meeting

In 90 minutes we can learn more about each other, and I can give you a full understanding of the EOS Model, and the process for implementing EOS into your business.

This will deliver immediate takeaway value for you, making it clear whether EOS is right for your situation. If EOS is right for you, we schedule Focus Day.

Focus Day & Onward

The next step on the EOS Journey is Focus Day, where we review your company’s structure, set some initial goals and learn the L10 Meeting agenda, which will help you balance your team’s energy each week between working on the business, and working in it. (There is a difference between these two things.)

Every EOS session is fully guaranteed - if you don’t receive value, you don’t pay for the session.

Sessions continue (about 5x/year) until your team has mastered the EOS tools and disciplines - a process that takes about two years.
