About Me
I started my entrepreneurial journey as a "talented idiot"—technically skilled but scattered, inventing new systems with each book I read. Then I found EOS.
EOS brought sanity to my business. I grew revenue, extracted myself from daily operations, and gained strategic clarity to pivot when the internet disrupted advertising. I launched a meal prep business using EOS principles and built the most aligned team I'd ever worked with.
Now, as an EOS Implementer, I combine 26 years of operating experience, deep EOS expertise, and 21 years moderating entrepreneurial peer forums. I help business owners get everything they want from their businesses—alignment, execution, and fun, supportive cultures.
